These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site TH3.CH. By your order you confirm your agreement unlimited and unqualified to our terms of sale.
TH3 Growing Project reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions applicable to an order are those in effect at the date of order.
Article 2 : Prices
TH3 Growing Project reserves the right to change prices at any time, but agrees to apply the prices displayed at the time of your order.
Prices shown are in Swiss francs or Euros including all taxes.
Article 3 : Terms of payment and security
Payment is by credit card on secure servers by our partner PayPal. This implies that no banking information concerning you is transmitted via our site.
You must fill out the registration form on our site before placing an order.
Your order will be recorded and confirmed upon acceptance of payment by our partner Paypal, which you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Article 4 : Delivery and delivery times
Postage by ordinary mail is free in Switzerland. For international postage, between 5% and 15% (depending the destination) of your total amount will be add to cover delivery costs.
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process.
If an error by the buyer in the name and address of the recipient, TH3 Growing Project can not be held responsible.
Any item ordered is shipped within 10 working days.
Article 5 : Ensuring the right of return
Only unused and sealed goods will be returned or exchanged. They must be returned with the invoice and original packaging, prepaid, within 3 days of receipt.
